Kaaka Muttai, the joint production venture of Kdirector Vetrimaaran and Dhanush, has already become a much-hyped project due to the refresh ing storyline it promises. Set amidst the backdrop of a bunch of young kids in the slums, KM, directed by Manikandan, features a string of talented children and the promos have already created a heart-warming buzz.
The latest news from the camp is that STR has now agreed to appear in a cameo for the movie! While this is quite surprising to many who consider STR and Dhanush to be rivals, it's not such a shock to insiders who know the two patched up a long time ago and are close friends now. Producer Vetrimaaran remarks, “It was actually meant to be a surprise, but somehow the news got leaked out that Simbu is going to make a special appear ance. But we don't want to reveal anything more than that.
This project is quite commercially viable and will be a children's movie out and out. Dhanush and I are really happy to produce it together.“
