Looks like Georgia is the new favourite destination among south Indian filmmakers. After Billa 2, Vivegam, Junga, Sakka Podu Podu Raja, and Kaththi Sandai, it is now Simbu’s next film that’s being shot in the scenic locales of the Eurasian country.
The Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaaya actor is working with director Sundar C on the Tamil remake of Pawan Kalyan’s Telugu film Attarinitiki Daredi, with Megha Akash playing his love interest. And sources close to the project reveal that efforts are being made to complete the shoot at the earliest.
Meanwhile, Simbu is awaiting the release of his next film, Chekka Chivantha Vaanam - a multi-starrer directed by Mani Ratnam that was recently granted a U/A certificate.
