Bollywood babe SnehaUlal, Aishwarya Bachchan's cute lighteyed look-alike, is thrilled that she has managed to bag a role opposite Simbhu.After scouting around and considering several heroines, Krish, the director of Vaanam (the Tamil remake of Tollywood hit Vedam) finally zeroed in on Sneha Ullal and made up his mind that she would be Simbhu's co-star.
It may be recalled that Sneha, who is known to Tamil audiences through her debut Kollywood flick Ennai Theriyuma with Manchu Manoj, had said earlier that if at all she continued to act in Tamil films, she would love to be paired only with Simbhu, because he was the only person she knew in the industry.
Sources say when she got her wish, the `Simbhu factor' was the reason the actress jumped at the offer, despite the minuscule role.
Simbhu, who has changed his name to STR (Silambarasan Thesingu Rajendran) to sound more like the legends of south cinema like MGR and NTR, is said to be just as happy as his friend Sneha to have her as his co-star.
