As T Rajendar announced Tamil Movie Makers Sangam on Saturday, STR aka Simbu has forayed into production. Among the list of 300 production houses registered with Tamil Movie Makers Sangam, it could be seen that STR Pictures owned by Silmabarasan is one of them. However, sources in the know said that the actor hasn’t planned on producing a film yet. T Rajendar too owns a production house named Simbu Cine Arts. TR said that he had to begin a new association for producers as the existing body TFPC has managed to cast counterfeit votes of ballot without serial numbers. Talking to DT Next, he said that he will soon get CCTV footages of the election and expose people behind the corrupt activities.
